How much does shipping cost?

Outback Opals offers free standard shipping with Australia for all orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $20 AUD.
Express shipping (where available) is available for a flat fee of $30.

For all international shipping costs, please contact us directly for a quote.

How long will my delivery take?

We endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days. (with the exemption of orders requiring a ring resizing)
Please allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery and 5 business days for express, depending on your location.

Your tracking number will give you a better estimation of delivery date.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Follow the link to track your parcel.

Alternatively you can copy your tracking number into AusPost's website or App.

Will I need to sign for the delivery?

You will be required to sign for your parcel. This ensures that your order is delivered directly to you and minimalizes the risk of theft.

Can you ship internationally?

From this website you can make purchases for delivery to Australian and New Zealand postal addresses.

For all other international shipping, please contact us directly for rates.

Can I change my address?

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed. You will receive an email if your order has been fulfilled.

To change your shipping address, please contact us via info@hahndorfopals.com.au with your order number.

Is my order insured?

All parcels sent from Outback Opals are securely packed and insured against lost/damages during transit.

Specimens are packed inside foam lined hard cases for safety.

Parcels are also tracked to help prevent loss. Please see your email for tracking number.
